May 30, 2023 Parents should complete a re-registration for each currently enrolled student by the end of the school year. During re-registration, parents will indicate whether their student will be withdrawing or returning for the upcoming school year.

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the official Ikego Elementary School website. Our goal is to provide current and relevant information about our school to the military families we serve today and those we look forward to welcoming to our campus in the future.


Ikego ES School Hours

During the school year, which typically runs from late-August to mid-June, our class schedule is:

School 0745 - 1415 0745 - 1315

During the school year, the school main office is open from 0645-1530 daily. During the Summer months, the school office is open from 0800-1500 and closed for lunch from 1200-1300.

May 09, 2023 The new DoDEA-wide student dress code promotes one gender-neutral dress code across all three regions, provides for a safe and orderly environment that promotes respect for learning and a common identity that reflects the Mission, and establishes a positive, equitable approach to handling dress code infractions by using teachable moments to support changes in school attire choices while building problem solving skills.

School Services

Ikego Elementary services nearly 400 students in grades PK-5 from the Ikego Housing Area. There is a tremendous opportunity for you as parents to be involved in your child's education. Our classrooms provide students with a rigorous education that is differentiated to meet individual student needs. In addition to our regular education services we provided a multitude of support programs as well.
