Welcome To Kingsolver Elementary School

We are excited to begin the new school year serving your family and student! Kingsolver faculty and staff are ready for everyone’s arrival. We have a unique 21st century facility made up of 9 neighborhoods where students learn not only academic skills, but also those of collaboration, communication, critical thinking and creativity.  We provide standards-based instruction and differentiate to meet student needs. We encourage parents to explore the DoDEA website to learn more about each grade level’s content standards.

We hope to partner with you this school year as we know the importance of parents in the education of their student/s. Should you ever have an issue or concern, please feel free to contact the classroom teacher, counselor, assistant principal, or me. We believe in communication and wish to make that transparent for you. I send out an email to families most every week on Monday. Please look for it. If you do not receive one by the second week of school, please do not hesitate to call the school and we can troubleshoot to see what the issue may be.  Since we tend to use email as our primary means of communication with our families, we ask that you keep your email address/es up to date.

In the effort of partnerships, we would encourage you to reach out to the school’s PTO. They are a valuable resource for families. They provide a means for you to volunteer and become active in a number of ways.
