Unfortunately, the launch of the DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal has been delayed. We are working with the system vendor to resolve technical issues that are preventing a successful implementation of the platform.
We understand that monitoring grades and assignments is important for students and parents. While technical issues with the Family Portal are being worked out in the coming weeks, students in grades 4-12 will soon be able to access their portal accounts through ClassLink and share information with parents. Student accounts include access to class schedules, teacher email addresses, grades, assignments, and attendance information.
Parent involvement and monitoring of student progress is important, and we hope that this temporary solution will help. DoDEA’s Information Technology Division and the Office of the Registrar will continue working closely with the system vendor to get parent accounts and access to the Family Portal up and running as soon as possible.
