Data Warehouse

Enabling Data-Driven Decision-Making

Working with Research, Accountability and Evaluation (RAE) and the Data Governance Integrated Project Team (IPT), DoDEA IT will create a Data Warehouse that integrates manageable sets of approved data into a centralized access point to allow users to view and create reports that can help with targeted and organization-wide decisions.

The Data Warehouse will allow users to access student, staff and location-specific data from multiple approved data resources throughout DoDEA and beyond. From the teacher to the director, users will be able to build enterprise-wide knowledge of DoDEA data to help with student success.

The first phase of users will have access to the Data Warehouse early Semester 2 of School Year 2021.

How does the Data Warehouse impact you?

  • Access to data across the DoDEA enterprise to make more fully informed decisions regarding student instruction, human resource management, facility management and maintenance, status and forecasting reporting.
  • Access to pre-created reports, personalized reporting, and dynamic data charts and diagrams to help visualize and understand the data.
  • Support to Blueprint goals accomplishments at all DODEA levels.
