Kubasaki HS Dragons Drill Team

PACIFIC REGION — November 15, 2022 — The Department of Defense Education Activity - Pacific Region is pleased to announce the results of its second virtual Far East Drill Meet. With host nation travel restrictions easing in the region, officials plan to return to an in-person format in 2023.

Kubasaki High School earned its third consecutive win, taking the title of 2022 Overall Far East Drill Meet Division 1 Champion. Zama American Middle High School placed first among Division 2 schools, receiving the Division 2 Far East Champion award.

The Far East Drill competition is comprised of five events: Color Guard, Armed Regulation, Unarmed Regulation, Armed Exhibition, and Unarmed Exhibition.
