The Okinawa District Superintendent's Office is located on Kadena Air Base near Kadena High School. The District Office overseas the 13 DoDEA schools located on the various Air Force, Marine Corps and Naval installations in Okinawa.

The office consists of one Superintendent, one Assistant Superintendent as well as supporting educator and office management personnel. ODSO (Okinawa District Superintendent's Office) also manages the registration and transportation standards and operations for the Okinawa school district. Okinawa is the second largest of the four DoDEA Pacific districts and is proud to serve military families stationed overseas.
