December 21, 2020 The COVID-19 pandemic has heightened the awareness and importance for social and emotional learning/support needed for students in our schools today. DoDEA educators are helping students explore and build the social skills that are needed in today’s socially distanced world.

QMHS Purpose

Quantico Middle High School empowers all students to analyze and think critically through the use of effective instructional strategies in support of college and career readiness, while also endowing them with a sense of understanding and compassion for others.  

Goal 1

Quantico Middle High School students will achieve proficient or advanced levels in reading and writing.

Objective 1:
All students in grades 8 and 10 will demonstrate 10% growth in the comprehension of literacy and informational text by June 2020 as measured by the EOY Reading Inventory.

Objective 2:
All students in grades 8 and 10 will demonstrate 10% growth in writing skills by June 2020 as measured by the DoDEA Summative Assessment in Literacy.
