Sharon O'Donnell is in her sixth year at Ramstein High School. Previously she served 5 year as principal of Wiesbaden High School.
Sharon served with DoDEA-Europe and DoDEA-Americas as a science and language arts teacher at various grade levels prior to her move to administration. She has served in administration at schools in Spangdahlem, Mannheim, and Wiesbaden before coming to Ramstein.
Sharon received her Bachelors and Master's degree in education from Northern Arizona University. She has taught in Arizona, Washington D.C., Georgia and Virginia schools before joining DoDEA in 1984.
As the daughter of an Army officer and the widow of a retired Army Warrant Officer, she is thoroughly familiar with the unique lifestyle and challenges facing the military child. As a result of her family's frequent moves she attended thirteen elementary and middle schools and five high schools and is proud to be called a "Military Brat"
Sharon is married to Donald Seltzer and has two children, Katie (Wiesbaden High School Graduate of 2006) and Scott, 22, (Mannheim High School Graduate 2010). Her personal interests include reading, travelling and training her golden retriever puppy, Walker.

Mr. Popielski grew up in Western New York. He began his educational career in Lemmon, South Dakota after serving eight years in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Popielski taught high school sciences in the Lemmon School District, before teaching chemistry at Chief Dull Knife College in Montana. Mr. Popielski became a DoDEA teacher in 2010, teaching AP chemistry and chemistry at Yokota High School in Japan. In 2016, Mr. Popielski became an assistant principal at Ramstein High School. Mr. Popielski is serving for his 5th year as an assistant principal at Ramstein High School.
Mr. Popielski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Pittsburgh, a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Montana State University, a Specialist in Education Degree in pK-12 Administration from The University of South Dakota and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Maryland Global Campus.
