DoDEA’s Information Centers provide a diverse collection of books and digital resources that are aligned to the curriculum and fosters the love of reading. Students are encouraged to visit and check out materials during the school day. Digital resources can be accessed at school and from home.
The Information Center has many databases that support research, independent learning, and inquiry. To access the databases outside of school, you will need a user name and password; please see your school information specialist for this information.
This searchable database provides information about books that are supported by Reading Counts! quizzes. This easy-to-use database helps teachers, students, and parents locate the right title to read. Search by title, author, grade level, Lexile measure and other criteria to find information about books that includes annotated descriptions and key metrics. Book Expert Online is an open resource that can be enjoyed by everyone.
