D.A.R.E Ceremony December 7th, 2017

Launched in 1983, D.A.R.E. is a comprehensive K-12 education program taught in thousands of schools in America and 52 other countries. D.A.R.E. curricula address drugs, violence, bullying, Internet safety, and other high risk circumstances that today are too often a part of students’ lives. Our SRO, C. S. taught students how to control their impulses and think about risks and consequences resulting in more responsible choices. There was also an essay contest on how the D.A.R.E. program had a positive impact in the students' lives. Guest Speaker,Jason Clark spoke about how making good choices can benefit the students.
