Course Description

The -Mathematics 8 course is utilized in conjunction with content area course requirements to support students’ individualized achievement. Students in this class have been identified as individuals who would benefit from supplemental instruction in the given subject area. In this course, students will review content and strategies in accordance with the College and Career Ready Standards for the core content area. * Students must be enrolled concurrently with a general education core content area course. This course does not meet the English Language Arts/Math graduation course requirements and counts as an elective credit only. Per DoDEA AI 1367.01, July 27, 2021 Section 6.1, High School Graduation Requirements and Policies, students with IEPs will be scheduled and expected to participate in the general education curriculum and classroom to the maximum extent possible.
