Travel requirements for COVID-19 testing are changing rapidly. Please contact your airline for all testing requirements and comply accordingly. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure compliance with all travel requirements.
As of 11/30/2020, 0700 EST, all Patriot Express travelers into Europe must arrive at the terminal with hard-copy proof of a negative COVID-19 test conducted within three days (72 hours) of flight departure; or, medical clearance documentation if previously diagnosed with COVID within 90 days of travel.
Travelers to Germany must also complete an online Digital Registration (Use Chrome Browser to complete) onEntry and provide proof of registration when entering the country.
All DoDEA employees and authorized dependents traveling world-wide must comply with host nation quarantine requirements. Please confirm quarantine and/or restriction of movement (ROM) requirements with your gaining supervisor and sponsor as requirements may change without notice.
Complying with HPCON/installation safety and travel guidance is mandatory and an expectation for all DoDEA employees. Please know that if you choose not to comply, you may be barred from accessing military installations as well as be subject to possible DoDEA administrative and/or disciplinary actions. For DoDEA employees, being barred from an installation could result in loss of employment as well as the inability to access base resources such as medical care, commissary, and the Exchange.
HPCON/installation safety and travel requirements vary from installation to installation. If you are not familiar with your local installation's most recent guidance, reach out to your gaining supervisor, school principal, or district office. Please ensure that all travel plans are shared with your gaining supervisor and district leadership to ensure compliance with the latest military requirements.
