New Employee In-Processing

Congratulations on being selected for a new position with DoDEA Europe!

Before a firm job offer may be extended, verification of employment eligiblity must be confirmed, pre-employment conditions must be met, and the necessary inprocessing forms must be completed. There are four steps to this process.

  1. The DoDEA Europe Human Resources (HR) representative will indicate which Employment Category contains the appropriate inprocessing forms. Click on the specific link to access the forms and complete them.
  2. Submit the inprocessing package to the HR representative once all of the forms have been completed.
  3. The HR representative will schedule an appointment to finalize the civilian personnel inprocessing.
  4. Review our "Step by Step" for new employees for additional information and instructions.

Any other questions during this process should be directed to the HR representative who requested this information.

Benefits Enrollment (Benefits Enrollment is done via EBIS after tour information has been entered into The DoDDS system.)

Foreign Allowances Application Grant and Report, SF 1190 (Post Allowance Request - Full-time employees only. The form is to be filled out online in DAPS AFTER the employee has been entered into the DoDDS system.)
