Meet the new Director of DoWEA

DoWEA Director Paul Craft introduces himself to DoWEA parents and students. He shares his gratitude for the opportunity to lead the organization and highlights the vital mission of serving more than 66,000 military‑connected students and their families. Director Craft outlines his commitment to continuous improvement, strengthening classrooms and programs, and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. He says he can’t wait to visit schools in the months ahead, and looks forward to meeting many of you, and hearing your ideas, questions and feedback. Director Craft says that together we will continue building a learning environment where every student can succeed.
