Mr. Mohan Vaswani brings over 28 years of experience in education, including 12 years in school administration. His career reflects a strong commitment to student success, collaborative leadership, and service to military-connected communities.

He has served as principal in DoDEA schools at Fort Bragg, Rota (SP), and Fort Campbell, where his leadership improved academic outcomes, expanded extracurricular programs, and strengthened school-community partnerships. Prior to these roles, he was an assistant principal at Woodland Park, Colorado, supporting daily operations, instructional leadership, and student safety initiatives.

Mr. Vaswani began his career teaching biology and science, which shaped his instructional expertise and passion for inquiry-based learning. He later served as an Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) for Science/STEM in DoDEA’s Mid-Atlantic District, guiding curriculum implementation and professional development to advance STEM education across grade levels.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Akron and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida. His academic preparation and professional experience equip him to lead with both instructional depth and strategic vision.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Mr. Vaswani empowers educators to drive continuous improvement and fosters safe, rigorous learning environments tailored to the needs of military-connected students.

A proud father of two adult daughters, Mr. Vaswani has been happily married for 32 years. He enjoys sailing and hiking and looks forward to building strong relationships within the Hampton Primary School community.
