Mr. Timothy Heggem

Mr. Timothy Heggem received Employee of the Quarter in recognition of his exceptional performance as Administrative Officer for John O. Arnn Elementary School and his simultaneous support of Shirley Lanham Elementary School. Throughout the quarter, he successfully managed critical administrative operations at both schools, ensuring continuity despite staffing gaps.

Mr. Heggem oversaw the installation of CCTV security cameras across both campuses, coordinating contractor access, monitoring installation progress, and correcting multiple discrepancies to ensure full and reliable coverage. He also played a key role in onboarding and training three newly hired staff members while handling registrar duties until new personnel gained system access.

His quick actions during a ruptured steam line incident at Lanham Elementary prevented further damage, supported timely repairs, and minimized disruption to students. Mr. Heggem also coordinated transportation for the Higashihara Elementary cultural exchange trip, ensuring safe and smooth travel for all participants.

In addition, he provided extensive support for numerous school events—such as STEAM Day, Math Night, PTO activities, and curricular field trips—managing logistics, setup, safety checks, and coordination with volunteers and installation partners. His professionalism, dedication, and proactive leadership greatly contributed to the success and safety of both campuses.
