Ms. Nancy G. Brizuela

Ms. Nancy Brizuela, Administrative Assistant for the Expanded Eligibility Enrollment Option (E3O) Program, was selected as DoWEA's 2026 Second Quarter Employee of the Quarter. Ms. Brizuela’s exceptional dedication, innovation, and professionalism have played a key role in the success of the E3O program, where she has improved enrollment tracking systems, streamlined administrative processes, and helped expand educational opportunities for military-connected families. 

In addition to her outstanding support of the E3O program, Ms. Brizuela has provided critical administrative support across the district, including managing communications, mail distribution, personnel identification processes, and operational support for events and training. Her commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and ability to maintain excellence during periods of organizational transition have earned the trust and respect of parents, staff, and leadership alike.
