Strategic and Organizational Excellence

The Strategic and Organizational Excellence Division leads the strategic way in planning, organizational performance, project management, process improvement, organizational design, and strategic talent development.


The Communications Division supports high student achievement, College and Career Readiness, and contributes to DoDEA's organizational success and sustainment through effective communication with all stakeholders. Committed to developing the college and career readiness of all students, the DoDEA Communications Division disseminates timely and accurate information to further positive relationships and establish, maintain, and sustain credibility between DoDEA and its key publics. The office consists of three branches: Public Affairs, Social Media, and Video Production Branch; Web Services, Marketing, and Graphics Branch; and Program Planning and Management Branch.
