This issuance was signed on December 15, 2025. It assigns responsibilities and establishes procedures for School Advisory Committees (SACs), and Installation Advisory Committees (IACs) operating in DoDEA schools and the Dependents Education Council (DEC). This issuance cancels the March 2020 version of the same Issuance.
