This issuance was signed on June 29, 2026. It establishes a DoWEA Incentive Awards Board and updates policies and responsibilities for the DoWEA Incentive and Honorary Awards Programs in accordance with Chapters 43 and 45 of Title 5, United States Code; Parts 430 and 451 of Title 5, Code of Federal Regulations; Volume 451 of DoD Instruction 1400.25; and DoD Directive 1342.20. This issuance incorporates and cancels the Change 1 signed on September 3, 2024. Please contact the Human Resources Division with any questions.
