In accordance with Sections 7703a and 7703b of Title 20, United States Code, this Issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for providing DoD Impact Aid to local educational agencies (LEAs) by the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).
