This Issuance establishes a DoWEA Incentive Awards Board and updates policies and responsibilities for the DoWEA Incentive and Honorary Awards Programs in accordance with Chapters 43 and 45 of Title 5, United States Code; Parts 430 and 451 of Title 5, Code of Federal Regulations; Volume 451 of DoD Instruction 1400.25; and DoD Directive 1342.20.
