The following online resources are available to all DoDEA employees.

Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) Hub The CHRA Hub on the DoDEA Connects website contains a variety of Human Resources pages that are pertinent to DoDEA employees, from recruitment to benefits and retirement. You can find information such as FAQS on retirement, a link to the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS), and a Foreign Allowance Overview Guide. CHRA website
Army Benefits Center – Civilian The Army Benefits Center – Civilian (ABC-C) administers automated benefits support through the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) and trained benefits Specialists. Here you can obtain information on benefits statements, life and health insurance, Thrift Savings Plan, and retirement issues. Link to ARMY
DoDEA Intranet The DoDEA Intranet provides information on individual departments, forms, training, parking, MyBiz, and MyPay. Frequently used forms are located on the left side of the menu. Link to DoDEA Intranet


DoDEA Connects DoDEA Connects is the online publication for the DoDEA workforce, which provides relevant stories that support the agency’s mission and vision. Link to DoDEA Connects
Mark Center Information Website Mark Center Information website delivers Mark Center building policy information. Link to Mark Center page
MyPay MyPay is a self-service system provided by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), DODEA’s payroll provider. You may make changes to pay information, change your address, and view online Leave and Earnings Statements and Travel Vouchers. You can also print W2 forms. Link to myPay Website
Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) DAI is the system that is used to record and verify timecards each pay period. DAI is also used to request leave. Link to DAI website
Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) DCPAS Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory (DCPAS) is the DoD's consolidated provider of civilian personnel administrative programs and services, such as the Defense Management Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP). Travel Order Processing System (TOPS) TOPS allows users to request, print, and track the status of a variety of travel orders. Link to TOPS Website
DoDEA Allowance Processing System (DAPS) DAPS allows users to submit all overseas allowance requests. Allowance requests include Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA), Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Advance Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Post Allowance (PA), Post Differential (PD), Advance Pay Request, Foreign Transfer Allowance, and Miscellaneous and Subsistence Requests. Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), MyBiz, and My Workplace DCPDS is an automated site that maintains a complete history of personnel actions, awards, and benefits selections. It interfaces with self-service applications, such as MyBiz and My Workplace, which allow users to update personal information, print SF50s, and provide input for a performance appraisal. Schoology Schoology is DoDEA’s Learning Management System (LMS) for online learning, classroom management, and social networking for students, educators, and groups for informal, collaborative learning. Schoology is integrated with the DoDEA eLearning Portal and Google Apps. To access Schoology, users are required to sign in using their DoDEA Google account. Link to Schoology Website
