DCPAS Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory (DCPAS) is the DoD's consolidated provider of civilian personnel administrative programs and services, such as the Defense Management Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP).
DCPDS is an automated site that maintains a complete history of personnel actions, awards, and benefits selections. It interfaces with self-service applications, such as MyBiz and My Workplace, which allow users to update personal information, print SF50s, and provide input for a performance appraisal.
MyPay is a self-service system provided by the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), DoDEA’s payroll provider. You may make changes to pay information, change your address, and view online Leave and Earnings Statements and Travel Vouchers. You can also print W2 forms.
Schoology is DoDEA’s Learning Management System (LMS) for online learning, classroom management, and social networking for students, educators, and groups for informal, collaborative learning. Schoology is integrated with the DoDEA eLearning Portal and Google Apps. To access Schoology, users are required to sign in using their DoDEA Google account.
All employees have TOPS Online access through the employee section as long as their information is contained in the Employee Personnel Database (EPD). To access your information, click on the Login link, then on the Employee link, click on the Login Using CAC.
