For the current school year, our district is focused on three strategic goals aligned with the DoWEA Blueprint for Continuous Improvement:
- Goal 1: Deliver high-quality core instruction by leveraging data-informed decisions and proven instructional best practices.
- Goal 2: Foster focused collaboration among educators to design student-centered learning outcomes, analyze performance data, and provide differentiated support tailored to individual student needs.
- Goal 3: Implement effective Student Support Teams in every school to ensure that all students’ academic achievement, well-being, and resiliency are supported.
