Dr. Wanda Bradley - Rota MHS Principal

Originally from the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, Dr. Wanda Bradley has been in the field of education for twenty-six years, twenty-one of which have been in administration. She started her career as a paraprofessional, and later became a teacher in Biloxi, Mississippi. Bradley’s school leadership career began as assistant principal at North Bay Elementary, in Biloxi, MS. After serving as an assistant principal for three and a half years, she became principal of Gaston Point Elementary in Gulfport, MS, where she remained until she joined the Department of Defense Education Activity, Kentucky District in 2009. During Bradley’s tenure at Fort Knox, she served as principal of both Pierce Elementary and Scott Middle Schools. 

Bradley joined the Pacific West District in 2013, where she was the principal of multiple schools, including Casey Elementary/Middle School and Seoul American Middle Schools until their closures in 2016 and 2018, respectively. She joined Osan Elementary in 2018, then became the instructional leader of Osan Middle High School. She shares that she has thoroughly enjoyed her time in the Pacific West District and will always cherish the lasting relationships she was able to build along the way. 

Bradley earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Tougaloo College. She went on to earn Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also earned a Specialist and a Doctorate in Psychology and Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Mississippi. 

It is Bradley’s philosophy that for students to experience true learning, they first must believe they are valued and experience a sense of belonging. She believes in treating everyone with respect, and being firm, fair, and consistent. She strives to promote a safe, positive, authentic, and engaging learning environment for every child. 

Dr. Bradley is active in various community service and professional organizations. She participated in DoDEA’s Leadership Institute and is a founding fellow of the University of Southern Mississippi’s Center for School Leadership. Her greatest joy in life is being the proud mother of two amazing children, and she and her family are excited to join the Europe South District in her new role as the principal of Rota Middle High School.

Mr. Edwin Caballero - Rota MHS Assistant Principal

Mr. Edwin Caballero is thrilled to be your Assistant Principal. He is excited to inspire, engage, and encourage students and faculty to be the best they can be in and out of the classroom!

Mr. Caballero began his educational career at Worth Heights Elementary School, Fort Worth Independent School District in 2000.  He later taught middle school at Rosemont Middle School before teaching in an independent school setting at Trinity Valley School.  After many years, he moved to North Side High School before Antilles High School in 2018 and Antilles Middle School 2020.

In addition to teaching, Mr. Caballero has served in many capacities in every school.  He has served as a Student Council sponsor, Campus Improvement Team member, Social Studies team lead, Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) team member, Varsity coach in basketball, golf, and has coached middle school volleyball.

Mr. Caballero is from Fort Worth, Texas but retired from the Air Force and spent several years abroad.  He received his Baccalaureate degree in General Education from Columbia College and his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mr. Caballero is inspired by his colleagues and excited to work with such dedicated educators at Rota Middle/High School.  The commitment and dedication of the families and the spirit of the students create a fantastic community where he loves coming to work every day.
