Hello Dragon Families:

Hope you all had a great week. We would like to say thank you to our wonderful PTSA, teachers, and
Volunteer Committee, who made our Volunteer Tea a success! If you were unable to attend, please stop by the office to pick up your certificate.

There are many field trips and events coming up before the end of the school year. We hope that you
are filling out a volunteer packet to join us.

Our school’s Field Day will be June 6th. We are in need of Active Duty Volunteers, if you or any of
your airmen are available to volunteer, please reach out to Coach Johnson: Lydia.Johnson@dodea.edu for more information.

Don’t forget you can always come and have lunch with your child at one of our adult tables in the
cafeteria! I’m sure you child will enjoy the one on one attention. Please do not invite other students to join you for privacy and safety purposes.

Daily our students are continuing to learn about positive behaviors (PBIS). As we wrap up this quarter, students learn daily about what does effort look like? You might ask your child what does effort look like in the classroom? Or on the playground? Or on the busses?

Please prepare for many end of year activities. Honor Roll for 5th grade is June 1st at 0900 in the MPR. 4th and 3rd will be Monday, June 5th, starting at 0815 and 0900. If you are leaving, please let the office know.

Please continue to reregister to help us to know our numbers for next year.

Don’t forget to check the lost and found. Please reach out to your classroom teacher if you have any concerns or questions.
