Falcon Facts News - May 12th Edition

Thank you to the PTA for providing snacks and water for all our AP and IB test takers!  Best wishes to the AP and IB students on their assessments.

Our SAC is looking for teachers and parents to serve in an advisory role to the school.  The SAC meets 4 times per year and one of the parents then serves on the installation advisory board to support the communication and collaboration across the school and NSA Bahrain. Thank you to our guest speakers this week, Dr. John Lupfer who spoke about Vaping Cessation,  to NY Times Bestseller List Author, Ruta Sepetys, who spoke to our students about the writing process and her books that they read.  Thanks also to CMC Miller who shared words with the students about being a Military Child at our Month of the Military Child presentation hosted by our Cadet Training Club.

Special thanks to the PTA for their donation that helped facilitate the Author Visit this week.

  • May 23: NHS and NJHS Spring Induction Ceremonies: Stay tuned for info about place and time for inductees.
  • May 24: Senior Walk and Awards Ceremony
  • May 25: IB Theater Performance in the Great Hall at 1730
  • May 26: HS Awards Ceremony (Virtual)
  • May 29: Graduation
  • May 30: MS Awards Ceremony (Virtual)
  • June 2-7: Final exams. June 7 -Last day of school for students.
