Equal Employment Opportunity Programs

EEOP is currently updating our website. Some content may be temporarily unavailable during this process. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

An EEO complaint is appropriate when an employee or applicant believes they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, age (40 or older), genetic information, disability, religion, or reprisal for prior protected EEO activity.

Federal regulations require aggrieved individuals to contact an EEO Counselor within 45 calendar days of the alleged discriminatory event or the date they became aware of the action. Failure to meet this deadline may result in dismissal of a complaint.

To initiate an EEO complaint, please visit the EEO Complaints page.
