This Issuance was approved on March 20, 2025. It establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and implements procedures to submit Director Critical Information Requirements (DCIRs) and Serious Incident Reports (SIRs). While DCIRs and SIRs have distinct reporting criteria, both require documentation of reportable incidents involving DoDEA students, support personnel, teachers, sponsors, legal guardians, volunteers supporting DoDEA activities, and parents of DoDEA students, collectively known as, and referred to in this Issuance, as “DoDEA-affiliated personnel;” DoDEA-owned and -leased property within DoDEA jurisdictions (including school buses); violations of local or host nation laws, or any incident involving DoDEA-affiliated personnel that may result in increased media coverage. Publication of DoDEA DTM 23-ED-002 Annual Course Requirements for Incoming Freshmen in School Year 2023-24, Change 1

This Issuance was approved on January 20, 2025. This Directive-Type Memorandum (DTM) establishes the course requirements to earn a DoDEA high school diploma. This DTM is effective August 1, 2023, applies to incoming freshmen entering DoDEA schools during school year 2023-24, and provides the DoDEA high school graduation requirements referenced in DoDEA Administrative Instruction 1367.01.
