Resource Management
The Resource Management Division requests, manages, and budgets resources in the DoWEA military communities worldwide ensuring educational programs are adequately funded, so the agency can prepare all students for success in a global environment. The Division oversees financial management information, budget books, tuition rates, and other data related to manpower and enrollment.

Resource Management Supports the DoWEA Blueprint for Continuous Improvement by:
- Goal 1: Student Excellence – Resource Management ensures financial and manpower resources are optimized for students worldwide.
- Goal 2: School Excellence – Resource Management ensures supporting system sustainment, manpower, and curriculum resources are accessible across DoWEA.
- Goal 3: Talent Excellence – Resource Management maintains DoW Financial Management Certification, supports human capital capacity through manpower management and support continuous workforce process improvement initiatives.
- Goal 4: Organizational Excellence – Resource Management is responsible for the DoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process. Resource Management plays an active role in the DoWEA Comprehensive Planning System, identifying and reconciling financial and manpower resources.
