Who We Are:

DoD Education Activity Office of Office of the General Counsel (DoDEA OGC) is a part of the DoD Office of General Counsel’s Defense Legal Services Agency (DLSA). The DoD General Counsel serves as the Director, DLSA. This office supports the General Counsel’s responsibility to provide legal advice and services for the DoD Education Activity. The DoDEA General Counsel reports to the Deputy General Counsel (Personnel and Health Policy).

DoDEA OGC enables the Activity's global educational mission by using proactive client engagement and creative problem-solving to provide professional and timely legal advice..
