Who We Are:

Department of War Education Activity Office of Office of the General Counsel (DoWEA OGC) is a part of the DoW Office of General Counsel’s Defense Legal Services Agency (DLSA). The DoW General Counsel serves as the Director, DLSA. This office supports the General Counsel’s responsibility to provide legal advice and services for the Department of War Education Activity. The DoWEA General Counsel reports to the Deputy General Counsel (Personnel and Health Policy).
