Executive Services Division

Mission

The Executive Services Division provides operations support for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The Executive Services Division is also charged with effectuating legally mandated programs such as the Federal Records Act, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Privacy Act of 1974, the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

To be the preeminent provider of operations support and information management services to the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).


Correspondence Management

Administers the correspondence management processes designed to efficiently and effectively capture and preserve documents for the Department of Defense Education Activity.

Responsible for oversight and implementation of the Federal Records Act for the Department of Defense Education Activity.

Supports all actions related to Freedom of Information requests submitted by the public for access to records under the control of the Department of Defense Education Activity.

Administers and provides guidance and direction to employees of the Department of Defense Education Activity as it relates to Privacy, Information Collections, and Forms Management.
