Army JROTC III
The Army JROTC III (year-long) course is designed to present discussion of military leadership and managerial techniques, the aspect of mutual respect (leader/subordinate relationship), the duties of a leader/manager the building of teamwork and team spirit, the flow of communication, the management to operating level and back, the problem-solving process, staff supervision of assigned tasks, and staff functions and procedures. Seniors enrolled in JROTC III will be administered the NOCTI JROTC Leadership and Employability Skills credential exam. Course Notes: This (year-long) course satisfies the Career Technical Education (1 of 1.5 credits) graduation requirement. Two years of JROTC enrollment fulfills the DoDEA .5 credit PE Lifetime Sports graduation requirement.
