Mathematics 8A

Concepts and skills learned in mathematics courses help students develop problem solving, critical thinking, and reasoning abilities necessary to prepare for college, careers, and success in a dynamic world. Students that did not complete the Accelerated Math 7/8 course, but wish to enroll in Math 8/Algebra I, may do so if they enroll in the DoDEA Virtual High School Math 8A course during the summer. Math 8A, an accelerated summer course, is designed to provide students with the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for success in Math 8/Algebra I.
