The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is proud to announce the graduation of 2,795 students from its high schools across the Pacific, Americas, and Europe regions for School Year 2024–2025. This year’s graduating class achieved an impressive overall graduation rate of 98.5%. Among these graduates, 223 students, or 7.8%, plan to enter military service, continuing the legacy of dedication and service within our military-connected communities.
In the Pacific region, 988 seniors earned their diplomas, achieving a 98% graduation rate. A total of 261 students graduated with honors, while 499 students took at least one Advanced Placement (AP) course during their high school careers. Over 700 of the 988 students plan to attend a college or university. The Pacific region proudly celebrates 11 military academy appointments, 93 students enlisting in the military, and over $22.7 million in college scholarships awarded.
DoDEA Americas had 396 seniors who earned their diploma, achieving a 99% graduation rate. Among them, 23 students will enter military service, and 5 will receive appointments to military academies. Additionally, 6 students earned ROTC scholarships. Students in the Americas region were awarded more than $25 million in college scholarships.
DoDEA Europe had 1,411 seniors who earned their diploma, achieving 99% graduation rate. Of these, 109 students have chosen to enlist in the military, and 45 received prestigious military academy appointments. Europe’s Class of 2025 also earned 36 ROTC scholarships and was awarded over $22.3 million in college scholarship funding. 1035 students plan to attend a university or college and 45 enrolled in a career education program.
The DoDEA Class of 2025 demonstrated academic excellence, dedication to service, and resilience throughout their high school careers. Collectively, they earned more than $70 million in scholarships and numerous prestigious appointments and offers. Their accomplishments reflect the strength and talent of the DoDEA community, and the high standards upheld by students, families, and educators alike.
