Dr. Stacie Lamoureux selected as Professional Practice Improvement Specialist for Pacific CIL
Okinawa, Japan —
Department of Defense Education Activity – Pacific Center for Instructional Leadership Chief Dr. Chris Marczak is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Stacie Lamoureux as Professional Practice Improvement Specialist.Â
Dr. Lamoureux brings 28 years of experience as an educator to the Pacific CIL. Her career in education began as a junior high math teacher in the public school system in northern Florida. She went on to serve as an instructional math coach at the elementary level, later returning to the classroom to teach various levels of high school math. She then advanced to a district-level Secondary Math Curriculum Specialist. Dr. Lamoureux joined DoDEA as a Professional Development Specialist for the Pacific Center for Instructional Leadership. She then transitioned into school administration roles, serving as an assistant principal at Humphreys Middle School in South Korea and as both assistant principal and principal at Fort Knox Middle High School in Fort Knox, Kentucky.
Dr. Lamoureux holds a Bachelor of Science in Exceptional Student Education from Jacksonville University; a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from University of North Florida; and a Doctor of Education with a specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.Â
