Executive Services Division

Mission

The Executive Services Division provides operations support for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The Executive Services Division is also charged with effectuating legally mandated programs such as the Federal Records Act, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Privacy Act of 1974, The E-Government Act of 2002, and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

To be the preeminent provider of operations support and information policy governance to the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA).


Correspondence Management

Administers the correspondence management processes designed to efficiently and effectively capture and preserve documents for the Department of Defense Education Activity.

Responsible for oversight and implementation of the Federal Records Act for the Department of Defense Education Activity.

Supports all actions related to Freedom of Information requests submitted by the public for access to records under the control of the Department of Defense Education Activity.
