Administrative Instruction 5050.03: DoDEA Government Travel Charge Card Program
In accordance with the DoD Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Regulations, this Issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and implements procedures governing the management and administration of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) GTCC Program. The DoDEA GTCC Program increases the ability to analyze travel expense data and promotes audit readiness. It also reduces travel fund advance requirements and benefits DoDEA employees by eliminating the need to pay for expenses with personal funds.
