This Administrative Instruction replaces Department of Defense Education Activity Administrative Instruction 7200.1 Reference (a), to update policies governing computation and publication of tuition rates for non-Department of Defense sponsored students (space-available, tuition paying) enrolled in grades pre-school through 12, to include Preschool for Children with Disabilities (PSCD) and the Sure Start Program.
