This Issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for eligibility determinations and enrollment in the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools in accordance with Title 10 and Title 20, United States Code, and as authorized by DoD Directive 1342.20.
