This Issuance establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for home visit facilitation and implementation in Preschool Services for Children with Disabilities (PSCD), prekindergarten (PK), Sure Start, and kindergarten programs within the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools.
