Manual 4100.2a: Material Management Manual (cancelled)

The manual has been restructured to provide general and specific policy guidance relative to the management of materiel in the DoD Education Activity. It also contains some basic procedural guidance to be used in conjunction with DoDEA 4100.3G, “The DSAMMS Users’ Reference Guide.” The users’ reference guide replaces the detailed manual procedures contained in the superseded DSM 4100.2.
