Administrative Instruction 1443.02: Protecting Against Sexual Harassment Based on Conduct of a Sexual Nature
This Issuance establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and implements procedures to define, identify, respond to, and equitably resolve alleged incidents of harassment of a sexual nature and sexual assault, collectively known in this Issuance as forms of “sexual harassment,” and prohibited inappropriate relationship conduct of a sexual nature, when such conduct is committed by and/or against Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) students, employees, or other beneficiaries of DoDEA education and training programs and activities.
