Administrative Instruction 5035.01: Provision of Financial Assistance and Support for Education of Eligible DoD Dependents in Overseas Locations, Change 1

This Issuance establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for the education of eligible dependents of DoD personnel at overseas locations where there are no schools operated by DoD in accordance with Sections 926 (b) and 932 of Title 20, United States Code.
