Updates policy and responsibilities regarding the DoDEA use of the Government Travel Charge Card , also known as the Government Charge Card (GOVCC) Program. 1.3. Establishes DoDEA exceptions on GOVCC use, disciplinary actions for potential travel charge card offenses, and remedies or penalties for such offenses.
