Publication of Administrative Instruction 1344.01 Eligibility and Enrollment Requirements for DoDEA Schools, Change 2

This issuance was approved on May 2, 2025, and is effective July 1, 2025. It establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for eligibility determinations and enrollment in the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools in accordance with Title 10 and Title 20, United States Code, and as authorized by DoD Directive 1342.20.
