July 12, 2020 The Department of State (DOS) has approved an Authorized Departure from foreign areas to include Department of Defense (DoD) civilian employees -- and/or other eligible family members (EFMs) who may need to accompany them - who have determined they are at higher risk of a poor outcome if exposed to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
WELCOME TO HAINERBERG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

We are an English speaking school located in the beautiful spa town of Wiesbaden, Germany. There are 750 students at this school, pre-school through fifth grade. These students are from families who serve in the United States Army or work for the United States Department of Defense.

Teacher Collaboration Program

The Collaboration program continues for School Year 2019-2020. Wiesbaden schools will implement a one-hour early release for students each Thursday for job-embedded professional learning and collaboration time.

Grade Regular Hours  
K - 5

8:05 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Instruction begins at 8:10 a.m.
Sure Start 8:50 a.m. - 2:50 p.m. Instruction begins at 9:00 a.m.
Admin & Office Staff 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Students arrive at 8:00 a.m., Instructional Day 8:10 - 2:30 p.m.
It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to notify the school every time a student is absent.
