The Professional Learning Division advocates and supports system-wide learning, ensuring products are standards-aligned, build capacity, and focus on improving performance. We support stakeholders through consultations, professional development and training products, instructional design, and graphic design. In addition, as an effort to support school principals and other leadership positions, the Leadership Development Program provides support for the continued implementation of professional learning among DoDEA's leadership.
