Dr. Jimmy Bowser selected as Principal for Edgren Middle High School
Camp Zama, Japan —
Dr. Judy Allen, DoDEA Pacific East District Superintendent, is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Jimmy Bowser as Principal for Edgren Middle High School.
Dr. Jimmy Bowser comes to Japan from McKinney, Texas, where he has served as the Principal of Faubion Middle School for the past six years in the McKinney Independent School District. Prior to serving in this role, Dr. Bowser served as Associate Principal of McKinney High School and Assistant Principal of Lone Star, Wakeland, and Liberty high schools in Frisco Independent School District. Dr. Bowser brings 20 years of experience as an elementary and secondary educator, after serving in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and the Louisiana National Guard.
Dr. Bowser holds a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University in Louisiana, Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Texas A&M Commerce, and Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.
Dr. Bowser is elated at this great opportunity to serve the students, staff and the great military community of Misawa, Japan. Dr. Bowser will be joined by his wife, Tammy.
